My Thai Seafood Festival class on Tuesday was a delicious, mouth-watering success, with a wonderful assortment of gifts from the sea. On the menu were Tiger Prawn Curry, Fish in Spicy Coconut Cream, and Hot & Spicy Soup (an assortment of mussels, fish and Tiger Prawns). Balancing out the meal were a light asparagus salad, Thai Red Hot Chicken Wings, and an Agar Fruit Dessert. The students in the class were an enthusiastic group, eager to learn — and enjoy!

Lesson Nine, Thai Seafood Festival, includes some of my favourite dishes including Tiger Prawn Curry, Fish in Spicy Coconut Cream and Thai Red Hot Chicken Wings. This is a wonderful combination of flavours that is sure to please. In any case, it certainly pleased all of my students last night, who enjoyed learning and eating all of the great food they had helped to prepare.
