I really enjoyed helping Liz Cullinane celebrate her birthday on Sunday. But she had many other friends to help out in the preparation of her choice of menu: A variation of Curry Class One, Smoke and Fire. This is one of my favourite class menus, as it includes a number of my authentic Thai curry recipes: Panang Beef Curry, Yellow Curry, and Red Curry. For this class, we added Thai Corn Fritters and Thai Salad Rolls to the selections. Everything was topped up by a simple but very delicious dessert, Mango and Sticky Rice. Happy Birthday, Liz!
I enjoyed an evening of food preparation and cooking on Thursday with a wonderful group of young ladies who were great students and made the lesson a treat! They came to learn my all-time most popular class, Thai Classic Favourites, which include: Thai Spring Rolls, Phad Thai Noodles, Red Curry, Coconut Soup and Stir-Fry Mixed Vegetables.
