Originally from Northern Thailand, Kallayanee Glover has hosted hundreds of enthusiastic students in her North Saanich heritage home on McTavish Road ever since 2006. Students love her clear explanations, help with hands-on preparation and delicious food, which they get to enjoy when the class is over. Her classes are famous for their their cheerful, party-like atmosphere where new friends are easily made over enthusiastic conversations.

 Kallayanee is an avid gardener and many of her fruits and vegetables end up as fresh ingredients in her classes.

Hot & Sour Tiger Prawn Soup

A flavorful and aromatic Thai soup that will tantalize your taste buds. This vibrant dish combines the succulent sweetness of tiger prawns with a tangy and spicy broth.
