On Wednesday, I hosted a highly enthusiastic group, “The Foodies,” from the Victoria Evening Newcomers Club. Organizer Cathy Brighton puts together special events every month and we are honoured to have been chosen for one of her events. On the menu was Thai Classic Favourites with all the popular Thai favourites: Thai Spring Rolls, Phad Thai Noodles, Coconut soup, Red Curry and Mixed Vegetable Stir-Fry with Cashews.
